About Jeck Da General: Hailing from a small town, Jeck has felt like the underdog his whole life. Being exposed to the city and street life at an early age, he found comfort in music. With drugs, violence, and problems that come along with being impoverished, it also seemed like a promising way out of the struggle. Influenced by the early pioneers in hip hop, family in music, and what he saw, Jeck grew up pursuing what it has taken years to achieve. Experimenting with keyboards, drum machines, and actually learning how to play the Alto Saxophone, Jeck took up production as well to -add to his list of talents pertaining to music. The art of Dj-ing was something that also influenced him, and exposed him to learning how to control a crowd. Years later, after countless trials and tribulations, this dream is becoming a reality worth living.
