About DJ Money: The District of Columbia’s musical frontrunner DJ Money is sweeping the globe as a versatile maven on the turntables, trendsetting producer, and emerging songwriter. It’s no surprise; he’s been hard at work since the age of 12 and now stands as a dominant figure in the entertainment industry. From rocking the crowd with rap phenom Mac Miller on both the Big Day Out Music Festival in Australia and the Summer Sonic Festival in Japan to appearing alongside R&B superstar Raheem DeVaughn throughout South Africa in 2014 as Raheem’s official DJ, Money is on a steady climb to carving his name into music history.

In the early 2000s, Money became a highly anticipated host for events and parties in his locale of Washington DC, but as his high school career was beginning, his life on the road flourished while touring with R&B music group B2K. Upon his return home, with a newfound industry prowess, Money claimed the crown as DC’s “Club King” while simultaneously finding a love for creating his own original work. Money landed many sought after spots spinning at DC’s largest and most prominent venues and hosting events at the most frequented clubs and lounges in the area. It didn’t take long for DJ Money to set himself apart from his peers through his displays of sheer passion for all things musical.

Money consistently gains respect for not only his knowledge of what moves a crowd but also for his skills as a premier engineer and producer who literally lives in the studio. He has earned a primetime spot with Angie Ange on DC’s top Hip Hop and R&B station WKYS 93.9 with his segment quickly becoming a fan favorite. He’s also tapping into a broader audience as a contributor at Sirius/XM Satellite Radio with the Gomez Brothers. Not only celebrated at home, Money wields his talent on the road touring as the official DJ for DMV hip hop star Phil Ade as well as Mac Miller’s official international tour DJ. Money makes it his mission to open every show with a fascinating intensity and an engaging sound which reaches every ear. DJ Money has Dj’ed for Maybach Music Group recording artist Rockie Fresh’s ‘Electric Highway Tour’ and was Rockie Fresh’s official DJ on the G Eazy These Things Happen Tour. Beyond touring, Money is associated with the the success of Trey Songz’s Birthday Bash and often recognized for: opening for Afrojack; opening for 2 Chainz’s B.O.A.T.S. Tour; appearing at the 1st Annual Trillectro Festival; P. Diddy’s Howard Homecoming Birthday; and The Hip‐Hop Presidential Inauguration Gala. He is a National Belaire Rose ambassador. Money believes in remaining open to new avenues to exercise his knack for the arts and has recently added acting to his skillset. He has been featured alongside Keanu Reeves and Orlando Jones in the blockbuster" The Replacements" as well as "Major League 2" with Charlie Sheen. The years of honing his abilities and his infectious personality have captivated crowds around the world. Money has developed a resume as big as his dreams; his love for what he does and tireless work ethic shows a bright, promising, and successful future as a worldwide powerhouse.
